Cafe Rio Black Beans

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can tomato juice (comes in a soda can usually near the V82 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
In nonstick skillet, cook the garlic, cumin, and olive oil until the smell really comes out. Add beans, tomatoe juice, and salt. Bring to boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes (at least). Optional: stir in a little cilantro just before serving.
