Easy Bread Recipe

2 1/2 cups hot water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 TBL salt
MIX for 30 seconds
Add 3/4 cup bread flour
MIX for 30 seconds
Add 1 TBL yeast
MIX for 30 seconds
Add 5 cups flour (I use 4 wheat, 1 bread flour)

Mix really well, cover, and let sit for 25 minutes
Grease and flour 2 bread pans
Oil counter with about 1/4 cup oil. Dump the doubh on oil and cut into two equal pieces. Take one piece and roll it our with a rolling pin ... wide enough to fit your bread pan but long and thin. Roll it up and place in bread pan. Repeat with other dough. Place the loaves in the oven and turn the oven to 170 and let rise for 25 minutes. DON'T open oven, increase heat to 325 and bake for 30 minutes. Dump out of pan...and EAT. Best, of course, when warm with butter and honey.
