Lizzy & Austin's Yummy Italian Meatloaf

OK, so honeslty I have never made meatloaf before, nor have I even tasted it before, but Austin requested it and I found this great recipe. I gave it a go and it was a huge success with everyone. The girls loved it and Austin thought it was very good, so he wanted me to share the recipe with all of you. Very easy and very yummy, give it a try!

Ingredients:

2 pounds lean ground Sirloin
1 C italian bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 C ketchup
2 Tbl brown sugar
1/2 C chopped, sauted, onion
1 1/2 C mozerella cheese


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Place half of mixture in loaf pan, make a tunnel in the middle and pack cheese in, place other half of mixture on top and seal edges together. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove meat loaf from oven and cover top with a paste of 1/2 C ketchup and 2 tsp brown sugar mixed. Bake for an additional 15-30 min. Let stand 15 min before serving.Number Of Servings:A loaf pan size
