Chocolate Chip Cookies...new favorite

I like these chocolate chip cookies because they seem fool proof, stay soft and don't spread out too much.

I cop soft, unsalt3ed butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar

BEAT TOGETHER and then ADD

2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

THEN MIX IN 1 cup at a time

3 cups flour

THEN MIX IN

2 cups chocolate chips

CHILL FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE BAKING AT

375 degrees for about 8-9 minutes. Put on cookie sheets in globs, not balls and squish down slightly.
