This is a very yummy "home made chicken pot pie" recipe. My family loves it and its way easy and makes great left overs too.
Filling
4 Tbl butter
1 Cup finely chopped onion
1 Rib celery, finely chopped
1/3 C flour
1 1/2 C chicken stock
1 1/2 C whole milk
1/2 tsp dried sage
2 1/2 C diced cooked chicken
2 C vegetables of your choice
Salt & Pepper
Biscuit Topping
2 C flour
1 Tbl baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
3/4 C milk
